Who we are

A warm, secure home — not an institution.

You'll find us on the green-belt edge of Banstead, a short way from the High Street. We've cared for local families here since 1982, and we're registered with the Care Quality Commission. What we set out to do is simple, and it hasn't changed: keep the home warm, calm and secure, and look after each person with real dignity and respect — in the way that suits them, not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Specialist nursing

Our nurses are experienced in dementia and complex needs, managing challenging behaviours with patience and skill, around the clock.

The same faces

The people who care for your relative are our own permanent team — familiar faces who stay, get to know each resident well, and are genuinely invested in them.

Home-cooked meals

Every meal is freshly prepared on-site by our own chefs, with personalised plans for every dietary need — served day or night.

A full life

Sing-alongs, live entertainers, flower arranging, garden-centre trips and outings in our own minibus — there's always something to look forward to.

The care we provide

Care shaped around each person.

Whatever stage someone is at, our nurses and carers are here around the clock. Not sure which kind of care you need? Just call — we'll talk it through honestly and point you the right way, even if that's somewhere else.

Palliative & end-of-life care
Gentle, compassionate care in someone's final months, working closely with GPs and district nurses to keep them comfortable, pain-free and surrounded by kindness.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings.

Our home accommodates up to 35 residents, with 33 thoughtfully designed individual bedrooms — each with an en-suite bathroom, nurse-call system, digital TV and Wi-Fi. Every floor is served by a lift, with a full range of lifting equipment for safety and dignity.

  • Make it their own. Residents are warmly encouraged to bring familiar belongings, photos and furniture.
  • Weekly GP visits from our local surgeries, plus opticians, podiatrists, physiotherapists and a hairdresser.
  • Growing for the future. We've been approved to expand, with new bedrooms and refreshed living spaces on the way.

They are absolutely amazing in every single way. I have complete peace of mind that my father is being cared for like a family member.

Very impressed with the care dad receives. He is looked after like one of the family. All staff are fantastic — cannot fault!

It is not about glossy magazines and coffee machines in the reception area. It is about the quality of care, kindness and understanding. Everyone is treated as an individual.

Taking the first step

Arranging care, made simple.

Choosing a nursing home for someone you love is a big, often emotional decision. We keep it calm and unhurried — here's how it usually goes.

  1. 1

    Get in touch

Call us or send a message. We'll have a warm, honest chat about your situation and answer your first questions — no pressure, no scripts.

  2. 2

    Come and visit

Pop in and look around, meet the team and see the home for yourself. Bring whoever you like, and ask us anything at all.

  3. 3

    We assess together

We sit down with you and your relative to understand their needs, routines and wishes, and to make sure we're the right home for them.

  4. 4

    Move in and settle

We help with the move, welcome familiar belongings and photos, and give them time to settle — with the same faces caring for them from day one.

Come and see for yourself

The best way to choose a home is to visit it.

We'd be glad to show you around, answer your questions and introduce you to the team. There's no pressure — just a warm welcome and an honest conversation.
