Accessibility.
Many of our visitors are older, or worried, or reading on a small screen late at night. We've built this site to be easy for everyone.
Last updated: 27 June 2026
What we've done
We aim to meet the international WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard. In practice, that means:
- large, high-contrast text that's comfortable to read, with a generous base size;
- the whole site can be used with a keyboard alone, with clear focus outlines;
- it works with screen readers, using proper headings and labels;
- it reflows cleanly on phones, tablets and computers, and you can zoom in;
- animations are gentle, and switch off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion;
- images have descriptive text alternatives.
Known limitations
If you choose to load the interactive Google map on our contact page, that map is provided by Google and we don't control its accessibility. You can always reach us by phone or email instead, and our full address is written out on the page.
